Excellent customer service with clear map for finding the accommodation. Very clean with great continental breakfast. Conveniently located in Rialto district, close to vaperetto stop for easy access with large bags. Could benefit from a bedside lamp. Good value for location. Unbelievable charm in a beautiful city.

I was kinda surprised by Palazzo Lion Morosini. The location was perfect, right next to the iconic Rialto Bridge. The building had a charming, historical feel, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I loved waking up to the view of gondoliers passing by on the canal. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to transferring my luggage and arranging transportation. The breakfast may have been basic, but it was still enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Venice.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a bustling city. The attention to detail is visible in every aspect of the hotel, from the ambient decor to the high ceilings in the rooms. The staff, including Deborah and Flora, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, situated in a charming alley just a short walk from the canal.

All was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is in the perfect location, very close to all the main attractions. You can easily walk to the Rialto Bridge and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The rooms have a fabulous view of the Grand Canal and some even have a private terrace. The beds and pillows are comfy, and there is a good supply of hot and cold water in the shower. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they provide shampoo and soap in the rooms.

The rooms are not soundproof, so there may be some noise from the tavern below.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, from the super clean rooms to the fresh bed linen and towels. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection of bread, croissants, and good coffee to start the day. The staff at the hotel were nice and helpful, making me feel welcome and at ease throughout my stay. The location was also a highlight, as it was centrally located and provided easy access to all of this city's sights, including the Grand Canal and St Mark's Square.
